The "Lega Nazionale", an italian national league born half a century ago for the defence of the language and culture in the italian provinces which were suject to Austria, has now arisen again and includes already 180.000 members.

This league deems itself in duty bound to submit to the deputies of the contries represented at the Peace Conference and to the whole world some notes dictated by love to its country and to truth, in order that they may betaken into account in the solemn hour in which has to be decided the future of people that are generally acknowledged as italian and throghout the ages have acquired the estreme of the world.
